How to convert hourly pay to a salary
To turn an hourly wage into an annual salary, multiply your hourly rate by the hours you work each week, then by the number of weeks you work per year:
Annual salary = hourly rate × hours per week × weeks per year
For example, $25/hour at 40 hours a week for all 52 weeks is $25 × 40 × 52 = $52,000 per year before taxes. If you take unpaid time off, lower the weeks-per-year value to match.
